I feel like all I’ve been seeing on social media is the hype around incorporating Vitamin C into your skincare routine. When I first got into skincare a few years ago, Vitamin C was the first ingredient I added to my morning routine and truth be told, it’s a game changer.

Research shows that using Vitamin C on your skin can reduce darkness, prevent acne, and even skin tone. Whenever I pop a pimple and see an acne scar, it’s gone within 2 weeks if I use Vitamin C every morning.

Some important rules for Vitamin C:

Google what you should and shouldn’t mix Vitamin C with! For example it’s not good to mix with AHA’s or BHA’s (exfoliants) because they counteract each other.
