Christophe Robin’s “Regenerating Mask” with prickly pear oil ($28) is a form of witchcraft it’s that good. Prickly pear oil, the star ingredient of this product, is known to have magical anti-inflammatory properties that soothe the scalp and condition hair. Once a week I take a full shower, which usually entails me putting about a tablespoon of the mask through my hair (roots to ends), and clipping it up while I wash my body (and usually take this time to shave my legs) so the mask has more time to sink in. I rinse it out and the outcome is always silky and shiny hair.
