Greek Style Chicken Meatball Bowls

Mix 1 pack of Ground Chicken with Seasonings
Add the ground meat to a big bowl with 1 teaspoon of salt, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder & onion powder. Then add 1 egg and 1/2 cup almond flour (or flour of choice) and combine

Bake the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F, and bake the meatballs for 25-30 minutes
Cut your Veggies
I chop up some baby tomatoes & cucumbers and add some salt and lemon juice to them
Sauces
Next, add some hummus to your bowls as a dip for the meatballs (I use Ithaca hummus)
Add Your Base
The base of this dish can be rice, quinoa, a bed of greens, or a mix
Assemble the Bowl and Enjoy!
