Boil your pasta
I sacrifice my gluten intolerance for this recipe and go for a rigatoni, but Barilla sells a gluten-free option! ;)

Chop and Sautee the Onion and Garlic
I use about 1/4 of a white onion, and 2-3 cloves of garlic (finely minced)

Add in the Tomato Paste and let it brown
Put in 1/4 cup of tomato paste and let it cook until it starts to brown

Pour in the Heavy Cream (A dairy-free substitute would be coconut cream)
Add in 1/2 cup of the heavy cream

Throw in the Red Pepper Flakes and Parmesan
Toss in 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes and 1/2 cup of parmesan and stir!
